Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance
We are happy to file claims for your insurance as long as you provide your insurance information. Be sure you are familiar with your benefits plan because we will collect the estimated cost that insurance will not pay. We file all claims in a timely manner, so your insurance company will receive your claim shortly after your appointment.
We file insurance claims as a courtesy to you. We do not have a contract with your insurance company and are not responsible for how they handle claims or what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only estimate the cost of what you will need to pay for the treatment we provide. We do not guarantee what your insurance will cover with each claim. We also cannot be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance.
Insurance Rarely Pays 100% of All Procedures
Dental insurance can aid in helping you receive dental care. Contrary to popular belief, the average amount covered by dental insurance is between 50% and 80%, with some paying less. Coverage may vary based on plans.
Benefits Are Not Determined By Our Office
Insurance companies sometimes reimburse you lower than the actual fees of your treatment. We do our best to give you the most accurate estimate of how much your insurance will cover. However, this is just an estimate.
