Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance
We are happy to file claims for your insurance as long as you provide your insurance information. Be sure you are familiar with your benefits plan because we will collect the estimated cost that insurance will not pay. We file all claims in a timely manner, so your insurance company will receive your claim shortly after your appointment.
We file insurance claims as a courtesy to you. We do not have a contract with your insurance company and are not responsible for how they handle claims or what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only estimate the cost of what you will need to pay for the treatment we provide. We do not guarantee what your insurance will cover with each claim. We also cannot be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance.
